Morning Wood: Big Mike

Today’s Morning Wood is a ruggedly handsome businessman from Virginia named Michael “Big Mike” Clemmons. Mike is a recently single dad and owner of a JuiceBar on Laskin Road at Peninsula Town Center in Virginia Beach.

Big Mike is an inspiration to anyone who is struggled with obesity and yearns to adopt a healthy lifestyle and lose weight.

Mike recently dropped 171 pounds off his frame through sheer determination and by disciplining himself to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

Mike is a God-fearing man who is separated from his wife of 15 years. When he isn’t working at his juice bar or working out in the gym, he is co-parenting his teenage son and teaching him to be a real man.

Over 10yrs ago to now… On the left I was happy but very unhealthy and on the right I'm healthy and very happy. I used to have diabetes high blood and a active thyroid. Through proper diet and juicing I was able to overcome a lot of battles in my life. I believe God had me go through things then to become who I am now. I'm a true believer in Learning from your mistakes and learning from your past. I love the good the bad and the growth. If no one else is proud of me I am. This is just the beginning watch me.
