The only thing worse than a woman scorned is a scorned woman with a new album to promote.
Rapper Tyga, left, finally confirmed what social media users already knew: that his receding hairline was restored with hair plug treatments. The 28-year-old “Rack City” hitmaker came clean after rapper Nicki Minaj threw him under the bus during a Twitter rant on Thursday.
Nicki mentioned Tyga’s hair plug treatments when she slammed her former boyfriend Safaree Samuels, pictured right, for allegedly making up claims that she once stabbed him with a knife. Nicki accused Safaree of stealing money from her to support his sidepieces.
She also revealed she paid $10,000 for Safaree to undergo failed treatment to restore his receding hairline, and she claimed he used the same hair specialist as rapper Tyga — the ex-fiancé of her good friend Blac Chyna.
“I should’ve never paid for that gyatDamn hairline!!!! It fell back out cuz God don’t like ugly…!!!! Tyga s**t ain’t fall back out!!!! Y’all went to the same doctor!!! Yours fell out cuz GOD DONT LIKE UGLY!!!!!!”
Safaree responded by insisting that although they both underwent treatment on the same day, they didn’t use the same doctor.
Instead of trying to dismiss the claims (as he has done in the past), Tyga admitted he underwent the cosmetic enhancement.
He gave his medic, Dr. Craig Ziering, a shout out in a sponsored post on Twitter.
“The (plug),” he captioned an advertisement for Ziering. “Tellem Tyga sent u”.
Dr. Ziering has since been inundated with inquiries from potential clients, telling TheBlast.com his phone “has been ringing off the hook” ever since the unexpected Twitter promotion.
He stopped short of confirming he treated Tyga, because he prides himself on “keeping all clients confidential, especially in Hollywood”.
