Yandy Smith was suffered a severe panic attack while sitting on a plane before visiting her soulmate Mendeecees Harris in prison.
Mendeecees, 40, was sentenced to 8 years in prison on Dec. 1, 2015 for operating a drug trafficking ring.
The Love & Hip Hop NY star sent Yandy a touching message of support to calm her nerves after she messaged him saying was suffering high anxiety on a plane that just landed on the tarmac.
“Please pray for me. Having a lot of anxiety and feeling very overwhelmed,” she wrote to Mendeecees on Thursday. “Please go in your war room for me. Please. Feel like I cant [sic] do it all. It’s too much.”
Mendeecees messaged her back, telling Yandy that she was “strong and competent, beautiful, smart… u are our kids hero and also mines and a lot of people look up to u.”
He added:
“You are very inspiring… u embodied the definition of a strong black women.. u give the young and older women hope, when they looking at u.. u are powerful in so many ways worlds can’t describe.”
Yandy also received encouragement from her many followers on Instagram.

Update: Yandy got off the plane and made it inside the prison where she received hugs and encouragement from the inmates.
