Tracey Edmonds confirmed rumors of her engagement to NFL legend Deion Sanders on her Instagram page on Valentine’s Day. Rumors swirled that the mom-of-2, and Emmy/NAACP Award winning TV/Film Producer was engaged after sharp-eyed viewers noticed a ring on that finger in recent photos of her.
Tracey, who despises gossip, took to her IG page to put an end to the speculation.
“Happy Valentine’s Day Fam! Sending LOVE to MY LOVE/MY FIANCÉ @deionsanders! .. God is SO GOOD! We’re 8 years in, made it through the storms TOGETHER, and will be spending the rest of our lives TOGETHER!”
In another Instagram post, Tracey posted a photo (above) that shows her and Deion, 51, posing in front of a mansion under construction. In the photo caption, Tracey, who lives and works on the West Coast, confirmed she is ready to move to Texas permanently to be with her man.
Tracey wrote:
“Lol! We’re literally “building a future together”! [smiley face emoji] It’s SO beautiful out here! Had fun out in Canton, Texas today with @deionsanders checking out the progress on our Texas home in the country! Our Cali pad is good to go! We’re sending out LOVE!!”
Tracey, who celebrated her 52nd birthday on Feb. 18, is serious about Deion. When other bloggers wrote lies about him a few years ago, Tracey took the time out of her busy schedule to personally call my cell phone and thank me for writing a positive post about her man.
Deion has five children, 4 boys and a girl, from his marriages to Carolyn Chambers (1989 to 1998) and Pilar Sanders (1999 to 2013).
Tracey has two sons from her marriage to R&B musician Babyface (1992 to 2005). And she was briefly married to comedian Eddie Murphy (during her one and only Dopamine phase). They exchanged vows off the island off Bora Bora in 2008.
