An arrest warrant has been issued for Nipsey Hussle’s baby mama Tanisha Foster, just as she is doing battle for custody of her and Nipsey’s daughter, Emani Asghedom.
A judge issued an arrest warrant for Tanisha after she skipped a hearing on May 15. According to TMZ, she was busted for DUI in Los Angeles in 2017. She pled no contest to one of the charges and was sentenced to 3 years probation.
But she missed her court date and her probation was revoked. Now she’s a wanted woman.
Tanisha is awaiting a decision by a judge who is presiding over her child custody case involving her and Nipsey’s 10-year-old daughter.
Nipsey’s sister Samantha Smith filed an emergency motion asking the court to give her guardianship over Emani. But a judge refused the motion, saying the mother wasn’t given prior notice of the hearing.
Tanisha says Samantha took Emani after Nipsey was fatally shot on March 31, and she hadn’t seen her daughter in weeks.
She broke down and cried when she saw Emani for the first time in a courtroom last week. The judge cleared the room to give the two 20 minutes together.
Tanisha accused Samantha of taking Emani without authorization.
Samantha wants a judge to give her full custody of Emani, claiming Tanisha is not a stable or fit mother.
