Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa Laine Bryant welcomed the couple’s 4th child, a daughter named Capri. The couple revealed the newborn’s arrival on Instagram on June 20.
“So thankful for our newest baby blessing, Capri Kobe Bryant,” Vanessa, 37, captioned the birth announcement post on her page. Kobe, pictured with youngest daughter Bianka, couldn’t contain his joy, writing on Instagram, “We are beyond excited that our baby girl ‘Koko’ has arrived #BryantBunch #4princesses #blessed.”
Capri joins her sisters – Natalia, 16, Gianna, 13, and baby Bianka Bella, 2.
The couple’s celebrity friends were quick to respond. “Congrats babe!!!” wrote Kim Zolciak, while Questlove wrote, “Congrats! Blessings.”
Actress La La Anthony also congratulated the couple, writing, “Beautiful Blessings.”
La La’s comment was awkward, since she refuses to accept her husband’s daughter, Genesis, 2.
La La’s social media followers criticized her for refusing to communicate with Genesis. The child’s mother, Mia Burks, had a brief fling with the NBA star during an away game in 2017.
La La and ‘Melo are parents to Kiyan Carmelo Anthony, 12.
