Niecy Nash revealed her failed marriage to second husband Jay Tucker in a post on Instagram on Wednesday. “We believe in the beauty of truth. Always have,” they said in a joint statement. “Our truth is that in this season of our lives, we are better friends than partners in marriage. Our union was such a gorgeous ride. And as we go our separate ways now, we feel fortunate for the love we share—present tense.”
Two months ago, the Emmy award-winning actress gave marriage advice that turned out to be terribly wrong – for her. In an interview with ESSENCE, the 49-year-old Pisces said today’s modern woman should give her husband oral sex twice a day to keep him happy and out of other women’s bedrooms.

“You can’t be all things to every area of your life at all times. You just gotta make sure it’s not the same thing that’s falling through the cracks every time. And you gotta keep the sex game po-po-po-poppin’ no matter what!” she said.
Nash also said married women should have their own bathrooms and find a hobby that they both liked.
Unfortunately, Nash’s advice didn’t work out for her. The mother of three discusses her failed marriage and her domestic violence nightmare in the next episode of Uncensored, airing Sunday, Nov. 3, at 9 p.m. ET/8C. only on TV One.
