Kenya Moore is back at it again. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star takes great pride in her long, glorious hair weave which she claims as her own hair. At age 48, Kenya is an inspiration to young women who believe they, too, will have waist length hair when they approach 50.
Unfortunately, things are never as they seem. Kenya, 48, took offense to fellow cast member Marlo Hampton saying she wears wigs.
In response, Kenya posted a video in which she claims all of that lustrous hair is growing out of her scalp.
Granted, her stylist did a great job installing her wig unit, but it’s very difficult to blend thin hair into a lacefront and pass it off as your own.
Here is an image from the video that clearly shows the line where Kenya’s thin hair is blended into the wig. Look at the hair above her ear.
If you still can’t see it, here is another image where you can see the difference in texture and color of her real hair verses the wig. I lightened the thin, wispy hair over her ear so you can see the change in texture at the demarcation line.
Now watch the video again. Notice that her stylist parts her hair at that exact line above her ear where the wig begins.
Then Kenya pulls her hair back from her face to reveal her jagged edges and the thinning hair over her ear.
No 48-year-old woman has thick, jet black hair down to her butt. Even Stevie Wonder can see that’s a wig.
Do better Kenya.
