Many of you are working from home or on quarantine during the unprecedented U.S. government's response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Please don't forget to exercise while you're on quarantine. Lack of exercise leads to many chronic medical conditions and causes 30% mortality in men and 60% fatality in women.

Just a 20-minute brisk walk a day can lower the odds of an early death.
