Sources say singer/dancer DaniLeigh was not born a boy. The 25-year-old Miami native, who is quarantining with rapper DaBaby, is battling rumors that she is transgender after a popular forum identified her as one.
Yes, DaniLeigh has a chiseled jaw line, a thick brow ridge and a muscular chest, but an insider reached out to Sandrarose.com to set the record straight that she is “definitely” a biological female.
She has fallen victim to the same “man” rumors that plagued Ciara when she was at her peak in the 1990s.
DaniLeigh is best known for her star turn in Prince‘s music video for his single “Breakfast Can Wait”. She was signed to Def Jam Records in 2017.
DaniLeigh is one of the people exposed in a lengthy thread on Lipstick Alley as a male-to-female trans. The rumor has it that a crop of new female artists are actually boys, and that they are preferred by art directors and creative directors because they are not hormonal, overly emotional, or just plain disagreeable like biological women tend to be.
Eventually, the industry will phase out most female singers and models and replace them with Unclockables such as Instagram model Sonnis Love (pictured).
“They are easier to work with and they work harder than [women],” said one insider who knows a handful of stars who are actually transgenders.
