Chrissy Teigen shared a photo of herself posed in a disposable paper medical gown as she urged her female fans to keep up to date with their Pap smear tests in an Instagram post on Sunday.
The former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model took to the social media site directly from the examination room, wearing nothing but the paper towel gown and a protective face mask, as she prepared to undergo a Pap smear procedure.
“Don’t forget to keep up with your paps and have your boobs touched even though the world is ending,” wrote Chrissy, who recently had her breast implants removed and replaced.
A Papanicolaou test is used to check for cervical cancer, while annual healthy woman check-ups include a breast exam to check for signs of breast cancer.
Chrissy recently underwent surgery to reverse a boob job she had done at the age of 20, after experiencing discomfort.
“You have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed,” she explained. “I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift. I think you’re supposed to replace them (implants) every 10 years.
“But when you have kids you think about (the risks of) surgery and I think, ‘This is not the way I want to die, in boob surgery’,” Chrissy added.
The star shares 4-year-old daughter, Luna, and 2-year-old son, Miles, with husband John Legend.
