Now we know why Kanye West hates Jay Z with a passion. Kanye went on a Twitter rampage, posting his contracts and urinating on his Grammy Award.
@lavidaNOTA, who calls himself The Authority, is a South African record label owner who read over the contracts that Kanye posted on Twitter.com this week.
@lavidaNOTA writes, “I have 16-years experience in the music business… It took me all night to understand Kanye’s contracts. Aspiring artists have no idea what they are getting themselves into. This is why it’s important to ask people who have been through it for advice!”
Apparently, Jay Z sold the masters to Kanye’s first six albums just so he could get his own masters back.
“Kanye contracts SUMMARY: Apart from the inducement which Kanye had to sign to get his advances. This shows that Jay Z sold the masters to first 6 @kanyewest’s albums just so he could get his own back. He did so knowing Def Jam won’t sell them back to Kanye in future. That’s BEEF!”

“[Kanye] owns album[s] 7-10 but the most lucrative and most critically acclaimed albums are owned by Roc-A-Fella which is wholly owned by Def Jam… The majors will never sell you your masters because that’s what gives them market share and drives profits and Jay Z knew that.”

@lavidaNOTA says Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey banning Kanye from Twitter had nothing to do with him posting a Forbes editor’s phone number.
“Jack Dorsey aka @jack was jogging with Jay Z just a few weeks ago. Now Kanye is banned from tweeting for 12-24 hours. Sounds about rights!”
After what Jay Z did to Kanye why would Kim be meeting with Meek Mill? She should’ve known better. What does Meek know about prison reform? I know why Kanye lost it!

If Jay Z had the power to write off DMX’s Def Jam debt he could’ve made a plan for Kanye to buy back the Roc-A-Fella masters. All he did was let him out early and give him the masters to Cruel Summer. So much for a Big Brother!

I been in Jay Z’s position before… I chose not to sell out my brothers (other black men) even though they would’ve sold me out if the shoe was on the other foot. When they go low, we go higher!

If they allow Kanye to buy back his masters they’ll have to allow everyone to buy back their master and that’s why they’ll never allow Kanye to buy back his masters even if he was a trillionaire.

Paul McCartney never forgave Michael Jackson but you know what? I say thank you MJ for doing to the Beatles what the labels did to Sam Cooke… Black owned, black music, the struggle continues!
— The Authority (@lavidaNOTA) September 17, 2020
In the end Kanye went from making 15-18% off his first six albums to making 83-74% of his last four albums… I don’t mention the advances because he needs to use his share to pay them back before he makes a cent!

All he ended up achieving was pissing on his grammy… What ever case there could’ve been is and I must repeat kids don’t do what Kanye did, please!

Just pray for him…

I just think Kanye being richer than Jay Z in the end is the sweetest revenge…
