Dancing with the Stars Season 29 contestant Jeannie Mai stepped out on a date with her fiancé Jeezy at Nobu in Malibu, CA. on Sunday night.
The couple complied with the local face mask ordinance as they dined at the restaurant and lounge.
The 41-year-old Capricorn rocked a loose fit, faded denim outfit with black heels and a bedazzled face mask whereas the “Love in This Club” rapper, a 43-year-old Libra, wore matching jeans with a maroon army fatigue sweater and matching shoes.
Jeezy carried a doggy bag and the couple held hands on their way to his leased Ferrari.
Jeannie is still getting backlash from Black women regarding her comments about being a “submissive wife” when she and Jeezy tie the knot.
“Well for me, submit does not mean that you are lower or less important than your man,” Jeannie told Tamron Hall.
“Of course, Jay and I respect each other very equally. What I mean is in my work life, in my actual life, I own my businesses, I run my team, I make all of the decisions and I lead entirely in the outside of my life. So in my home, I want my man to lead. I want him to take in what I would like and what my wishes are, what my dreams are, and then incorporate it, making the overall decision that’s best for our vision together.”
