The infighting and caterwauling between centrist and left-leaning House Democrats has reached a fever pitch, with one side calling the other side “racist”.
At issue is moderate Democrats seemingly dropping their support for Black Lives Matter and the defund the police movements – which they blame for the loss of several House Democrats seats during the Nov. 3 elections.
Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib (pictured) blamed her more moderate colleagues during a private conference call that was leaked to the news media.
During the call, House Democrats who lost their seats to Republicans cried hot tears and blamed their progressive colleagues for their far-left views that made it easy for Republicans to win.
Tlaib and other members of “The Squad” are highly upset that their centrist colleagues appear to have used Black Lives Matter to get what they wanted.
Both the BLM and defund the police movements are essentially dead in the water as far as the centrist Democrats are concerned.

“We’re not going to be successful if we’re silencing districts like mine,” Tlaib said, according to Politico. “Me not being able to speak on behalf of many of my neighbors right now, many of which are black neighbors, means me being silenced. I can’t be silent.”
