Rasheeda Frost shared an Instagram post celebrating her bestie Tameka “Tiny” Harris‘ birthday last week. In the photo, Rasheeda poses with Tiny, who turned 46 on July 14.

Rasheeda, 45, reportedly gifted Tiny with a $10,000 shopping spree at her Pressed boutique at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta.
Rasheeda (center) was a member of the 1990s hip-hip trio Da Kaperz with Kia Phillips and Kiki Moore. The group had one hit record titled “Shorty Swing My Way.”
Meanwhile, Rasheeda’s husband, Kirk Frost got emotional while reminiscing on how time flies in a post on Instagram. The 52-year-old father of six shared a throwback photo with two of his children, who are now adults.
