Kandi Burruss recently underwent surgery to reduce her breast size after giving birth to two children.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star revealed her breast reduction surgery during the launch of her new YouTube series, “Body Work,” on Sunday.
The 45-year-old mom-of-three admits her breast size reduction wasn’t achieved through dieting or working out in the gym.

Like most women going through perimenopause, Kandi found it difficult to lose weight once her estrogen and progesterone levels decreased.
“Let’s not let all the other diets and stuff that I’ve done confuse you into thinking that that’s what made my boobs get reduced, because it is not, honey!” she said.
“I did have some weight loss. I have tried some juice fasts recently. Or, excuse me, ‘juice cleanse’ recently. Yes, I did lose a couple pounds with that. I have been trying to change the way I eat. I’ve been trying intermittent fasting.”
The Xscape singer said she decided to go public with her breast reduction to encourage other busty women to take the load off their chests.
She went to Dr. Chad Deal who “cut a chunk off of each one of them, OK? I’m just gonna keep it 100 with you. He reduced these bad boys…”
Kandi also had liposuction and a tummy tuck procedure while under the knife.
The middle-aged reality star is not the first RHOA cast member to undergo the surgery. Kim Zolciak, 43, also underwent breast reduction surgery in 2018.
And former rapper Queen Latifah, 51, had her breasts reduced in the 1990s due to back pain and fatigue.
Not all women are blessed to have big boobs. Most women get breast implants to obtain the breast size they lack.
