Paris, FRANCE – *EXCLUSIVE* – Offset and his wife Cardi B stepped out of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme hotel to go with friends to the César restaurant in Paris, France. Offset bought $200 dollars worth of flowers from a Bangladeshi seller to give them to his wife Cardi B.
