NEW YORK, UNITED STATES – 2021/12/24: New Yorkers scramble to get free COVID-19 test kits distributed by the city in light of surging positivity in recent weeks on a corner of Church Avenue and Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn. City announced distribution of 2,000 kits in each of the five boroughs.
