Jesse Williams dismissed the viral video leak that exposed his nude body in a Broadway play titled “Take Me Out.”
Jesse opened up about going viral during a guest appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” on Monday.
“Everybody makes such a big deal; it’s a body,” the hunky actor said.
He downplayed the hysteria his body caused on social media. “Once you see it, you realize, whatever,” he said.
The video leaked after someone sneaked a cell phone into the Second Stage Theater in New York City.
The theater has a strict no cell phones policy to respect the dignity of the nude actors in the play.
The Grey’s Anatomy star joked about family members seeing him nude in the play.
“Your mom’s like, ‘Just how I left. It didn’t grow at all!,” he laughed.
When asked about audience reactions, Jesse said he tunes them out.
The play is about a gay professional baseball player who comes out to his teammates. The show features locker room scenes with full frontal nudity.
The video is not hard to find if you know where to look.
