Santa Ana, CA – *EXCLUSIVE* – Rapper Cardi B is dressed to impress as she arrives at a Santa Ana Courthouse this morning along with her legal team. Cardi who recently plead guilty to third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment in her strip club attack case is back in court this time facing a lawsuit from a man who claims she misused his tattoo on mixtape cover. Kevin Michael Brophy is suing the Grammy-winning musician in a $5 million copyright-infringement lawsuit claiming his life was disrupted and he suffered distress because of the 2016 artwork of “Gangsta B—- Music Vol. 1”. Brophy claims photo imaging software was used to put his back tattoo onto the back of a male model seen with his head between Cardi’s legs on the cover. Kevin Michael Brophy is suing the Grammy-winning musician in a $5 million copyright-infringement lawsuit in federal court in Southern California. His attorneys say Brophy’s life was disrupted and he suffered distress because of the 2016 artwork of “Gangsta B—- Music Vol. 1”
