Chris Brown is in hot water again. This time he’s in trouble for mocking disabled people while on his “Under the Influence” tour in Europe.

The incident was caught on cellphone video at the Mercedes Benz Arena in Berlin, Germany, where the R&B singer performed on March 1.

In the video, Brown is seen wearing a red North Face bubble jacket, a hoodie and face mask while walking as if he has a physical disability.

Industry insiders say Brown pretends to be disabled so he can move around the arena without drawing attention from his fans.

Brown is surrounded by large bodyguards in the video. Another fan posted a photo of Brown wearing the same clothes as the person in the video.

Mocking the disabled is totally unacceptable in the United States. He would be canceled if he mocked disabled people in an arena on this side of the pond.

One disabled fan wrote:

“Disappointed last night to log in to Instagram to see @chrisbrown causally imitating/mocking people with physical impairments/disabilities and thinking it’s ok.”

Brown made headlines earlier this week when he invited a LSLH fan to sit onstage while he serenaded her during a concert. When the fan started recording on her cellphone, Brown snatched the phone out of her hand and tossed it into the audience.

The fan eventually got her phone back.
