Rihanna and A$AP Rocky revealed the awesome baby name they chose for their second son, who was born on August 1, 2023, at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
The “Umbrella” singer, 35, and the rapper, 34, named their son Riot Rose Mayers, as per a birth certificate obtained by The Blast.
Rihanna has said she doesn’t plan to have any more children, so they combined the names that they chose if they had a daughter (Rose Mayers).
The couple continued their tradition of using an “R”, after naming their first son RZA Athelston Mayers in a nod to Robert Diggs, a.k.a. RZA, leader of the legendary hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. Little RZA was born in May 2022.
Rihanna’s OB-GYN is listed as Thais Aliabadi, the same doctor who has famously delivered children for the surrogates of Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. Dr. Aliabadi has made appearances on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The doctor also helped deliver the son of Al Pacino, 83, and ex-girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 29.
Alfallah has filed for full custody of their son, Roman, as the first step toward filing for child support.
