Journalist and cultural critic Touré Neblett claims Sean “Puffy” Combs propositioned one of his male family members years ago.
Touré made the statement in response to a federal raid at homes linked to Combs in Miami and Holmby Hills on Monday.
During a guest appearance on Joy Reid’s “The ReidOut” on MSNBC, Touré said Combs hired his family member as an intern about 10-12 years ago.
“I know [Combs] well enough to call him and say, ‘Hey, I need a favor,'” said Touré, pictured with Beyonce in a viral photo in the mid-1990s.
“I have never talked about this publicly, and he said yes. And they were flying around… Atlanta, Miami, whatever on the jet…”
Touré continued: “And then the internship stopped abruptly, like three or four months into it. And I spoke to my family member, like, ‘What happened?’ They wouldn’t say… And years later, they finally came out — a male — and said that, Puff had said, ‘Come home, stay the night with me, or the internship is over.'”
Touré said the internship ended after his family member told Combs “‘Absolutely not!'”
Touré is not surprised by the federal raids connected to s*x trafficking allegations made against Combs in multiple lawsuits.
“We feel like we’ve seen this coming,” he said.
