Miami police are seeking a suspect who knocked a woman unconscious with a bowling ball to the head.

Cell phone video uploaded to the “ONLY in Dade” X/Twitter account shows the suspect and another woman throwing bowling balls at women during a brawl.

The victim wrestled a bowling ball out of the suspect’s hands and the suspect shoved the victim. Then the suspect threw a bowling ball that struck the victim in the head, knocking her unconscious.

A man then dragged the suspect out of the bowling alley.

The incident took place at Miami’s Lucky Strike on 150 NE 8th Street around 1 a.m. Tuesday, April 30.

“Bowling balls were being thrown left and right,” Miami Police spokesperson Michael Vega told WSVN. “They were not only fighting, bowling balls were being thrown.”

Vega said the brawl occurred between two groups of women at the bowling alley.

“What’s crazy is that two groups would get into an argument so heated,” said Vega.

Everyone involved in the brawl — including the victim — fled the scene before police arrived.

“We are trying to locate both the victim and the suspect in this case and they can both be facing charges,” Vega added. “Number one, they vandalized the establishment, so they gonna be looking at criminal mischief. Then we are looking at the aggravated battery for the bowling ball that was thrown and hit the victim on the head.”

Vega didn’t say what sparked the brawl, but it was probably an argument over a man.

Lucky Strike Miami recently opened its doors inside the mix-use Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami on March 25, according to WPLG.

No arrests have been made as of Thursday afternoon.
