Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reportedly listed their $60 million marital home in Beverly Hills. Sources confirm to TMZ that Ben moved out of the house and the couple is close to divorcing.
Ben and Jen’s 30,000 sq. ft., 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home looked empty in aerial photos taken by Backgrid.com.
JLo and Ben looked at 80 properties in the Los Angeles area before settling on their marital home last year, TMZ reported.
Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, JLo and Ben are using realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency to sell the home.
They are asking “around $65 million” for the spacious open concept home.
Arana has been showing the house for about 2 weeks, but so far there are no takers, according to TMZ.
Backgrid.com reports Ben is renting this $20 million house in Brentwood just one street away from the home where his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their children live.
Ben often sought advice from Garner during his brief marriage to JLo. They were frequently seen together in photos during what seemed to be a depressing time for Ben.
But Ben has been kicking it with JLo recently. He appears much happier now that a divorce is imminent.
Ben and JLo were seen attending his son’s basketball game on June 2.
The couple first dated in 2002. They split a year later, then reunited in 2021 and married in 2022. They have struggled with ongoing personal issues and decided a divorce was their best option.
Meanwhile, JLo is looking to downsize to a new home for herself and her 16-year-old twins, Emme and Max.
She has been seen looking at properties in the Los Angeles area for weeks now. She recently canceled her tour to spend time with her children and family.
