The character actor and comedian from Galveston, Texas, appeared on 12 episodes of “Martin.” He remains a fan favorite.
Since “Martin” wrapped in 1997, Ballard performed standup comedy. He also appeared on “Bernie Mac”, “NCIS”, “ER”, “The Parkers”, Sister, Sister” and more.
Ballard, 58, is married with 2 adult children. He lives with his wife in Pasadena, California.
