Billboard hosted its R&B Hip-Hop Power Players Awards at The Times Square Edition Hotel in New York City on Thursday, Sept. 5.
Megan Thee Stallion accepted the Artist of the Year Award from Billboard’s Editorial Director Hannah Karp.
“First of all, I want to thank God, yes, period. And then I want to thank my angels, my mama, my daddy, my granny, because I know they watching over me and nothing would be possible without them,” Megan said.
Billboard recently revealed its list of 2024 R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players of label executives and celebrity managers who are currently leading the genres forward.
Newly single rapper Offset attended with his new girlfriend named Young Ash. Cardi B recently filed for divorce from Offset for the third time. She cited the usual “irreconcilable differences.” But fans aren’t convinced they are really separated. Maybe this photo of the rapper with his new flame will convince them.
