Trolls on social media are roasting Jay-Z‘s “right hand man” for buying his mom a $30,000 Honda Accord. A basic Honda Accord retails for $27,869, but a Honda Accord with all the bells and whistles lists for around $40,000.
“Always gotta make sure mom GOOD!!” he captioned an Instagram post with his mom posing next to her new car.
But social media users dragged the retired rapper for buying his mom a basic ride.
Memphis and Jay-Z are childhood friends. Bleek is one of the few people allowed in Jay’s inner circle. Their friendship has been financially beneficial for Memphis Bleek.
While Bleek’s rap career never quite took off, Jay-Z has provided very lucrative jobs and business opportunities for his childhood friend. Bleek is a multimillionaire because of his association with Jay-Z.
So his fans wonder why he didn’t splash out more cash for a high-end luxury vehicle for his mom, such as a Mercedes Benz or a Bentley.
Bleek’s followers pointed out that his mom probably didn’t want an expensive car. She probably still lives in the ‘hood where expensive cars put her at risk to be carjacked.
