In a lengthy post on Instagram, dated June 11, Faith and Kenny threatened to take legal action against anonymous YouTubers.

They wrote: “We’ve built our marriage and our family on love, honesty, and mutual respect. While we have remained silent in the face of recent false and defamatory content about us online, that silence should not be mistaken for acceptance.”

They continued: “As public figures, we’ve always understood that visibility comes with opinions. But when those opinions cross into deliberate lies, harassment, and profit-driven defamation, there should be accountability.”

Kenny, 55, and Faith, 47, said they “filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County to hold anonymous YouTubers accountable for the defamation and harassment they’ve directed at our family and personal lives. For weeks, we remained silent – but that silence should not be mistaken for acceptance.”

They will present a copy of the lawsuit to YouTube’s legal department to provide the names/or ISPs behind the anonymous YouTube accounts.

Kenny and Faith were married on March 8, 2020. They share a 2-year-old daughter.

He was previously married to singer Chanté Moore from 2002 until 2011. They share a son, Kenny Lattimore Jr.
