Caitlyn Jenner’s close friend and manager, Sophia Hutchins, died from severe injuries following a tragic ATV accident near Jenner’s home.
Hutchins, 29, was pronounced dead Wednesday morning in Malibu, according to TMZ. Hutchins was riding the ATV on the road near Jenner’s home when the ATV struck the bumper of a moving car and lost control. The impact sent the ATV plummeting 350 feet down into a ravine.

TMZ sources say the first responders pronounced Hutchins dead at the scene. It’s unclear if Jenner was home at the time of the accident. No one else was riding on the ATV with Hutchins.

Hutchins grew up a boy in Bellevue, Washington, and later studied Computer Science at Pepperdine, a Christian university in Malibu, California. The student leader transitioned to a transgender woman after Jenner came out as trans in 2015.

Hutchins and Jenner first met in 2015, and Hutchins would later appear in several episodes of Jenner’s E! docuseries “I Am Cait.”
There were rumors that Hutchins and Jenner dated before becoming Jenner’s manager.
