A police report reveals social media influencer Emilie Kiser’s 3-year-old son, Trigg, drowned while her husband was distracted placing a $25 bet on an NBA game.
The details of Trigg’s death was made public in a police report by the Chandler Police Department on August 8.

In May, Emilie sued multiple Maricopa County public offices to keep the details of her son’s death private.
On Thursday, Aug. 7, the Arizona Superior Court for Maricopa County granted Emilie’s motion to remove two pages of details from the police report.
According to the CPD, Brady Kiser’s cell phone data for May 12 shows he placed a bet on an NBA game between the New York Knicks and Boston Celtics around the time Trigg drowned.
Brady used a sports gambling app to place a $25 wager on Celtics star Jayson Tatum scoring more than 40 points in the game.
Jayson Tatum scored 42 points and Brady won a payout of $102.50.
Brady told police he was distracted by the couple’s infant son when he lost sight of Trigg for a “few minutes.”
Brady said he went outside and found Trigg at the bottom of the swimming pool in the backyard. Surveillance video shows Trigg tripped over an inflatable chair and fell into the pool.
According to the CPD, Trigg was outside for 10 minutes and underwater for 7 minutes before Brady pulled him out of the water and called 911.
Emilie, who is best known for her videos about mom and trad wife content, was not at home at the time. Brady told police his wife was at a party with girlfriends.
Investigators initially recommended a Class 4 felony charge of child abuse against Brady Kiser. But the District Attorney’s Office dropped the charge because there is “no likelihood” that a jury would convict him.
