Wendy hit her favorite restaurant, Tucci, owned by her friend Max Tucci in New York City on Saturday. Max and Wendy phoned Page Six during dinner.

“How you doin’?” she asked a Page Six reporter. “Do I sound like I have dementia to you?”

When asked if she had any words for her conservator, she replied, “I want to say hi to my attorneys, Allan Diamond and Joe Tacopina.” Wendy then added, “And I will get out of my guardianship.”

Insiders told Page Six Wendy has to be “extra careful” when speaking to cameras because, “she doesn’t want to jeopardize anything or suffer backlash [from the conservator]. That’s why it’s always, ‘talk to my lawyers.'”

“Her focus is she wants out. She wants an apartment in New York. She wants to be back in society. She wants to be able to go get bagels and lox, just the simple pleasures,” the insider said.

“She wants to go to fashion week!” they added.
