NFL star Stefon Diggs faces a paternity suit filed by Instagram model Lord Gisselle, who claims he fathered her infant daughter.
Lord Gisselle, who goes by GiGi, first took Stefon to family court in December 2024. Her attorney said GiGi wanted legal and physical custody of the child. Stefon would get visitation rights.
GiGi gave birth to her daughter in April 2025. She named the baby Charliee Diggs.
The New England Patriots wide receiver responded to the suit, saying he wasn’t sure the baby was his.
He admitted having a one-night stand with GiGi while wearing a condom. But accidents can happen in the heat of the moment.
Stefon offered to take a paternity test to settle the matter. “The respondent contests that parentage is as alleged,” his lawyer said in his response.
Stefon said that if he is the father, he wants joint legal and physical custody of the baby girl.
He will also seek “joint payment of reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth and attorney’s fees and costs.”
GiGi’s attorney exclusively told The U.S. Sun: “My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter.”
Stefon is already a father of 2. He is expecting a baby with rapper Cardi B. He also has a daughter from a previous relationship.
