After hearing Kevin cry about his finances on a podcast, Thugga tweeted: “Kevin McCall hit me my ni–a, I’ll give u the 25k u need, and i no CB would give it to u also bro he a real one. Niggas is busy sometimes brada.”

Kevin, who shares a daughter with actress/model Eva Marcille, appeared on a podcast and cried as he talked about his dire financial situation.

Kevin said singer Chris Brown owes him $25,000.

“I’m not even trippin’ though. I got an EBT card in my pocket,” Kevin said while holding up his SNAP card.

He became emotional and fought back tears as he yelled “I’m on EBT, bro!”

The 40-year-old music producer is best known for his work on Chris Brown’s 2010 song “Deuces” and “Strip” (2011).

Kevin split from Eva in 2014. She has full custody of their daughter.

He served 90 days in the Los Angeles County Jail for assaulting an ex-girlfriend on a freeway in 2023. Kevin was ordered to pay his victim $1.5 million.
