Some of you asked about the unique coat worn by Teyana Taylor at Macy’s 99th Annual Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.
According to Red Carpet Fashion Awards, Teyana wore a Moncler x Jil Sander coat featuring sculptural loops and strands that gave the coat a whimsical texture.
Teyana, 34, brought her daughters, Iman Tayla Shumpert, 9, and Rue Rose Shumpert, 5, to the festive extravaganza on Thursday.
The girls also wore Moncler to the annual parade that is watched by millions around the world. The children’s father is former NBA star-turned-actor Iman Shumpert, 35.

Teyana leaned into the look book styling with the balaclava and turtleneck, proving that practicality doesn’t have to push personality aside. But she also did what Teyana always does: she added a twist of her own. The red gloves gave the monochrome palette a jolt, while the Schiaparelli trompe l’Oeil canvas sneakers felt perfectly her. If there’s an outfit in existence that can’t take a Schiaparelli accessory, Teyana has yet to meet it.
