A Delta passenger is filing charges against Porsha Williams for assaulting her on a recent flight. The 44-year-old “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum was escorted off a Delta Airlines flight after arriving at Atlanta’s Hartsfied Airport on Sunday.

Porsha’s lawyer says she was “verbally assaulted” by another passenger on a flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta on Sunday.

Porsha’s lawyer says she is “cooperating with law enforcement, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged.”

TMZ obtained footage of Porsha being escorted off the flight by an Atlanta police officer. She had a big smile on her face.

“I did not hit her,” Porsha said on the police body cam.

“So, the lady was sitting next to me, and I was on my phone,” Porsha explained to police. “And the volume was up on the phone, and she turned to me, out of nowhere, and she said, ‘So you’re gonna make me listen to that the whole flight?’ And I said, ‘Well, do you want to?’ And she said, ‘No.'”

“I said, ‘Well, there was a nicer way to say that.’ And she said, ‘B–h, you don’t tell me, b**ch.'”

Newly released police body cam video shows other passengers rushing to defend Porsha from the false allegations. One woman told Porsha she saw everything and that the reality TV star did not assault the Delta passenger.

“I was there and I heard it was unreprehensible,” the woman said. “[She] got in your face and gave you the middle finger.”

A male passenger then came forward to say he also witnessed the verbal dispute between Porsha and the female passenger.

“I was sitting 2 rows back. She did not touch the lady,” the man told the police.

Porsha thanked both of them and asked the woman for her contact information as a witness if she goes to trial.

The FBI is involved in the case because incidents that occur on commercial airliners are considered federal offenses.
