Jason Whitlock demanded an apology from Aliyah Boston (center) and Sydney Colson for outing teammate Caitlin Clark’s sexuality during a podcast.
Jason accused Caitlin’s teammates of trying to claim her as part of the LGBTQ+ community.

He called out Fever guard Sydney (left) for insinuating that Caitlin is gay, and he rebuked Aliyah for stabbing her teammate in the back.
On Tuesday, Sydney appeared on Aliyah and Candace Parker’s “Post Moves” podcast. Candace, Aliyah, and Sydney discussed a WNBA All-Star game featuring straight players against gay players.
On Friday’s livestream of his “Fearless” podcast, Jason lashed out at Aliyah (who is heterosexual) and demanded she apologize for not including Caitlin on the straight players’ roster.
He wrote:
“I really like Aliyah Boston. I like her personality, I like the way she carries herself, I like the way she presents herself, how feminine she is. She is very consistent, she has got a very feminine energy. A very girl next door energy.
“I don’t know how she participated in a conversation that clearly insinuated in my view that Caitlin Clark is a switch hitter at the very least, the way they discussed gay. They either owe Caitlin Clark an apology or they just outed Caitlin Clark.”

Earlier this year, baseless rumors swirled that the Indiana Fever superstar and her former University of Iowa teammate, Jada Gyamfi are more than friends.
Jada led Johnston High School to the 2022 Class 5A Iowa State championship and was named Offensive Player of the Year. She committed to the University of Iowa women’s basketball team where she was mentored by Caitlin.
Jada enters her senior year at Iowa next season.

After Caitlin left for the WNBA, the two friends remained in contact. Caitlin and Jada were seen hanging out at the WNBA All-Star Game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indiana.
Caitlin has a longterm boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, who is an assistant basketball coach at Butler University. And there’s no indication that Jada is a lesbian.
Caitlin played in 13 games in the 2025 season for the Fever. She missed 31 games and didn’t play in the 2025 WNBA All-Star game.
