Kourtney Kardashian Barker revealed she still breastfeeds her 2-year-old son Rocky Thirteen Barker. She shares Rocky with her rock musician husband Travis Barker.
The mom-of-4 made the revelation at Women’s Wear Daily’s Beauty Inc Awards in New York City on Tuesday.
In a panel discussion titled “Lemme Lead: Redefining Wellness & Access,” Kourtney was asked how she finds the energy in her busy schedule.

Kourtney said, “How do I get my energy? Honestly, I have no idea. I wonder that. I do no alcohol. I’m breastfeeding… So I would say walking daily and taking my supplements, those are the two things. And getting at least eight hours of sleep.”
The reality TV star said she doesn’t drink coffee or caffeine while she’s breastfeeding.

Her own line of Lemme supplements includes Lemme Matcha B12 gummies, Lemme Purr Vaginal Health gummies and lollipops, and Lemme Colostrum Gut Defense gummies.
“I take different formats throughout the day. So I do feel especially like we just did our liquid, Lemme Colostrum, and that one, I just put it straight into my mouth. That’s my way of doing it,” she said.
“I think it’s supposed to go in coffee, right? And I don’t drink coffee, and I don’t drink caffeine, actually, but I put it straight into my mouth. That’s just my way.”

In addition to Rocky, Kourtney, 46, is mom to Mason, 15, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 10, with ex Scott Disick.
The benefits of breastfeeding include bonding and enhancing the baby’s immune system. Nursing moms pass antibodies to their babies through breast milk. This enhances the baby’s immune system and provides lifelong benefits to help him fight off infections.
The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends breastfeeding for as long as the baby wants to. In most cases, babies continue to breastfeed until they begin daycare (ages 3-6 months).
But some children (such as Ice-T’s daughter Chanel) continue to breastfeed until they begin elementary school.
Question: When did you stop breastfeeding your baby?
