Olandria Carthen, the sales associate who gained fame on “Love Island,” led the best dressed stars at Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
The 2025 Glamour Women of the Year Awards was presented by Eli Lilly and Company at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
Olandria’s stylist dressed her in a shimmery taffeta strapless gown designed by Christian Siriano from his Resort 2025 collection. Jewels by Grown Brilliance and Miraki completed the look.
