Aoki Lee Simmons (left) and Ming Lee Simmons almost came to blows on the set of their family reality TV series “Kimora: Back in the Fab Lane.”

The E! series follows the former fashion mogul and model as she navigates life as a single mom of 5.

In a scene from a recent episode, Aoki and Ming argue after Ming said Aoki looks “healthy.”

Aoki, 23, took offense to that. But Ming explained she didn’t mean anything negative. Aoki just returned from visiting their father, Russell Simmons, in Bali, and Ming said she looks good.

But Aoki kept up the drama, calling her older sister an “a–hole” and being disagreeable for no reason.

Ming, 25, seemed distressed as Aoki continued to berate and drag her.

“Healthy means ‘fat’ in this house and you’re kind of an a–hole for that,” Aoki said.

“No. I just meant, like, you look, like, refreshed,” explained Ming.

“You’re calling me fat. I don’t like this,” Aoki insisted.

The argument escalated until a producer stepped in to restore calm.

During a confessional, Aoki sat with Ming and their mom, Kimora, who assured Aoki that she doesn’t have enough fat on her bones to last through the winter.

“You will not. You cannot last a winter,” Kimora said. “There’s no hibernation here that will take place. You won’t make it [through the winter], don’t worry.

Aoki (left) made headlines in 2024 for dating 44-year-old billionaire restaurateur Vittorio Assaf, whom Kimora called a “predator”.

Kimora is also mom to son, Kenzo, with her former partner Djimon Hounsou, and a son, Wolfe, with ex-husband Tim Leissner. Additionally, she adopted a son named Gary when he was 10 years old.

In addition to her 5 children, Kimora, 50, is also a “surrogate mom” to 18-year-old twins Jessie and D’Lila Combs, who lost their mom, Kim Porter, in 2018.

Their father, music mogul Sean Combs, is serving a 50 month sentence in a federal prison in New Jersey.

“I have my kids, and then I have kids on the side,” Kimora said in a recent appearance on “Today with Jenna & Friends.”

“One of my friends who passed away, Kim Porter, I have all of her kids. Even though some of them are adults, but some of them are 18, twins. They’re with me. I just got off the phone with them.”

She added: “I have a lot of help. It takes a village. I have god moms and aunties and friends…It’s really a village of women. I’m supported by women.”
