Eboni K. Williams says she used a sperm donor to avoid the type of situation Kandi Burruss is going through right now.
As you know, Kandi, 49, filed for divorce from Todd Tucker, 52, after 11 years of marriage.

Kandi made Todd sign a prenup on camera. She also made him say he was not signing the document under duress.
However, Todd is now fighting the prenup and asking a judge to award him full custody of their children, Ace, 9, and Blaze, 6.
Eboni K. Williams, an attorney, former public defender, and TV personality, said she is single by choice. She chose to use a sperm donor to avoid the drama that Kandi is going through right now.
The 42-year-old former cast member of “The Real Housewives of NYC,” said avoiding child support drama is part of the reason she decided to be a single mother.
She told Carlos King, “I knew my circumstances professionally would put me in Kandi’s exact situation. And that I would very possibly end up paying child support for my own daughter.”
Child experts say, ideally, children should be raised in 2-parent households. But times have changed. Successful women like Eboni are having children in their 40s and 50s because they are financially independent.
Eboni was raised by a single mother and she sees no problem raising her daughter as a single mother.

Eboni froze her eggs years ago. By age 40, she decided it was time to have a baby via In-vitro fertilization.
On September 23, 2024, Eboni announced she had given birth to daughter Liberty Alexandria Williams.
