Kandi Burruss filed for divorce from Todd Tucker after she caught him talking to other women behind her back.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star was disappointed that her husband of 11 years had cheated on her.
A source tells PEOPLE exclusively that Kandi discovered the rumors were true: Todd Tucker had been “talking to other women behind her back” and she ultimately asked him to move out of her house.
“Kandi and Todd had been having marriage troubles for a while now. Kandi was not happy because she found out that Todd had been talking to other women behind her back.” The source said Kandi “had no idea.”

The mom-of-three confirmed to PEOPLE exclusively that she filed for divorce from Todd on Nov. 21. Kandi cited her and Todd’s separation date as July 15, 2025.
Todd filed his response to the divorce petition. He requested primary custody of son Ace, 9, and daughter Blaze, 6, and he blamed Kandi’s constant traveling for their separation.
The children are in his care while Kandi is filming a project out of town for several months.

Kandi asked the court to seal her divorce documents from prying eyes. A judge will rule on the request in January.
Todd contested their prenup agreement in his response and claimed he was ambushed with the prenup agreement the day of the wedding.
Bravo’s cameras recorded him signing the documents. He even said on camera that he was not signing the prenup under duress.
Kandi says the prenup is valid and enforceable. She requests primary physical custody of the children. Kandi told the court she has a strong family support system to watch their children while she is out of town.
Todd is making a show of recording himself picking up the children from school, but he doesn’t record himself dropping off the children at Kandi’s relatives.
According to Michelle “ATLien” Brown, Kandi tried to conceal the divorce filing by using their middle names, “K. Lenice Tucker vs T. Jermaine Tucker.”
Todd and Kandi share multiple businesses together. Though their restaurants/bars have failed and were shut down.
Todd is being represented by Randy Kessler, the same attorney who represented Porsha Williams vs Simon Guobadia.
They met on the set of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” in 2012 and were married in April 2014.
“I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth. I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family,” Kandi said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.
