Sydney Sweeney made a big impression at the Los Angeles premiere of Lionsgate’s “The Housemaid” held at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Monday, December 15.
The actress wore a stunning white gown designed by Galia Lahav. Some blogs claim Sydney was trying to channel Marilyn Monroe.

Other blogs found something to complain about, saying, Sydney’s red carpet looks tend to look the same.
“If you were to flip through Sydney’s looks like a deck of cards, it would be hard to tell one from another. The silhouettes blur together, the references repeat, and the impact dulls as a result,” writes RCFA.

In previous interviews, Sydney complained that her God given assets made it hard for her to work with fashion brands. That led to her wearing ill-fitting dresses that didn’t compliment her womanly figure.
Today, she collaborates with designers who aren’t tied to a single body type.

The Housemaid is about a troubled woman (Sydney) who is hired as a housemaid for an affluent couple.
Director Paul Feig told The Hollywood Reporter the movie has a new ending that’s different from the book.
Paul said he loves to “screw with the audience, in a fun way.”
“It’s weird though because the book is out; all you have to do is go to the bookstore and you know the twist,” he said, “but we added a new ending, so the people who love the book you get more.”
He added, “There’s things that work in the book that are really satisfying, but on the big screen you always want more. No spoilers, but there are relationships I wanted to have a final button on and so we were able to do that.”
The Housemaid is in theaters on December 19.
