Khloé pairs her popcorn with her favorite customized Starbucks protein drink that’s packed with 47 grams of protein.

Protein helps build muscle, which fuels our metabolism. The daily recommended protein intake varies based on age and weight and whether you’re male or female.

The general rule is 0.8 of protein per kilogram of body weight for adults.

Divide your weight in pounds by 2.2 to get your weight in kilograms. Then multiply that number by 0.8 for the recommended grams of protein you should consume daily.

Following this basic formula, a woman who weighs 140 lbs should consume 50 grams of protein daily at a minimum.
