LeBron James and Nike released a sneaker with a colorway that remembers the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on MLK Day (January 19). The shoe’s colorway depicts the colors of the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, where King was assassinated on April 4, 1968. The motel is now the National Civil Rights Museum.
