Naquan Palmer (right), aka “DL Whisperer“, was denied bond following his arrest over the weekend on aggravated stalking charges.
Law enforcement officials in Gilmer County, Georgia, took Palmer into custody on Saturday, Feb. 21, for violating a restraining order obtained by Ts Madison, 49.
On Tuesday, a judge denied Palmer’s request for a bond. No further court date has been set in the case.
Under Georgia law, aggravated stalking is a felony offense. Donations can be made on GoFundMe to help pay Palmer’s legal fees and court costs.
Both Palmer and Ts Madison obtained temporary restraining orders against each other prior to Palmer’s arrest.
Palmer, 28, accused Madison of doxxing him by revealing his real name and credit report online. But Madison complained that Palmer live-streamed himself outside Madison’s house in Lithonia, Georgia.
Palmer’s reporting on Madison’s business partner, Dominique Morgan, apparently triggered Madison.
Tasha K invited Palmer on her podcast to discuss Madison and Morgan.
Morgan recently pled guilty to stealing $99,000 from a NYC charity that provides bail funds for indigent transgender individuals.
Prosecutors accused the trans activist of spending the stolen cash on clothes, a $19,000 luxury closet renovation, and monthly payments on a Mercedes-Benz.

Morgan was charged with grand larceny and falsifying 23 business records in the Kings County Supreme Criminal Court in Brooklyn on February 11, 2026.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 29, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. Morgan faces up to 15 years in prison.
Morgan and Madison are business partners and Morgan allegedly manages the TS Madison Starter House in Atlanta. Madison “donated” the house to provide transitional housing for indigent homeless transgender people.
The AJC reports that only one resident has lived in The Starter House since the ribbon cutting ceremony in November 2024.
According to vlogger Michelle “ATLien” Brown, Grok confirmed Madison has not been charged for fraud related to the Starter House. No public reports indicate an active criminal investigation, IRS audit, or state/federal probe into fund misuse by Ts Madison.
