Kandi Burrus is the big winner in her divorce from Todd Tucker. Court documents reveal Kandi and Todd waived their rights to spousal and child support.
They will share joint custody of their kids, Ace and Blaze.
The couple met in 2011 on the set of Real Housewives of Atlanta. They were married in 2014.

Contrary to previous reports, Todd won’t get child support or spousal support from Kandi. Financial documents show she earns substantially less money ($22,000 a month) after being let go from RHOA.
Kandi, 49, and Todd, 52, waived their rights to alimony permanently, and Todd moved out of their marital house and into a small bachelor pad.

A judge ordered Kandi to pay Todd $426,000 in split payments with $250,000 due up front and she has 90 days to pay the rest.
Kandi keeps her house and a fleet of vehicles, including a 2022 Bentley SUV, Cadillac Escalade, Porsche Cayenne, Ford F-250 and a 1963 Camaro.

The judge approved Kandi’s request to keep certain parts of their agreement out of the public eye.
