Father Pfleger stood his own against one of Bill O’Reilly’s pushy producers and made excellent points on the subject of the Obama/Wright controversy.
It’s okay for Don Imus to spew racist rhetoric all day long but there are no TV reporters camped on his doorstep.
Pfleger points out the hypocrisy of the biased news media. “When white people criticize America they’re critical when black people criticize America, they are haters of America… that’s a double standard of this country.”
I’m not surprised that this video is buried deep within the FOX news archives. You won’t see this on Bill O’Reilly’s show.
Wow, I loved that interview. “What comes from the heart reaches the heart” That man spoke from the Heart! Profound and Prophetic
THAT ANIN’T NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH….WHITE PEOPLE DON’T LIKE TO HEAR THE UGLY HARD CORE FACTS ABOUT THEIR BELOVED USA, IF YOU AREN’T SINGING TO THEIR PATRIOTIC GOD BLESS AMERICA AND WAVING THE RED, WHITE AND BLUE THEY SEE YOU AS BEING THE ENEMY AND TRY TO DESTROY YOU, JUST LIKE THEY’RE TRYING TO DESTROY REV. WRIGHT.
AMERICA TURNED ON DR. KING WHEN HE SPOKE OUT AGAINST THE VIETNAM WAR AND THE VIOLENCE IN THIS COUNTRY, BUT THAT’S JUST THAT GOOD OLD FASHION WHITE AMERICAN HYPOCRISY AT IT’S FINEST.
and the truth shall set you free..
This was very interesting and gave me HOPE!!!! There are some good white people out there that see things the way they really are. This man is truly a man of God and has the heart of God.
Black folks we are also guilty of thinking that all white people are bad and that’s not true as we see in this video clip…
Thank God for Father Pfleger and people like him. There were some whites that helped free slaves and fought for blacks during the civil rights movement.
i haven’t watched the video but i truly adore Father Pfleger. he’s all about making black communities a better place to live in chicago…he’ll take on gun shops, liquor stores and everything under the sun…he’s remarkable and very respectable…
I felt the desire and dedication he had to spread his message across..its amazing how truly the reporter was so dedicated to descrediting him…that pastor knew he was battling with the likes of the other kind and he stood up proud with words that were so profound with meaning. When you are a man of God you can battle anything…He was the prefect example.
correction perfect..lol
He’s right, but I think enough is enough. Rev. Wright came out and defended himself which he had every right to do after being attacked almost daily for 6 weeks. His anger or pain got the best of him during one of his appearances. It’s time to put it in the past and focus on the race. It’s time to leave Rev. Wright alone and let him live his life and continue to do his invaluable works for the community.
That reporter is the devil, by they way.
This was moving. I agree with him. I don’t feel like Rev.Wright should have to explain himself to anyone. He is speaking the truth. Any I wish mainstream media would stop speaking for the public in general. I agree with Wright and am not upset by what he says and for the most part I don’t think any other black person is either. Its ‘those’ people who feel threaten. We need more of ‘those’ people to be knowledgable like Father Pfleger and know that there is something terribly wrong with this UnUnited States.
This is what I’m talking about. He spoke the TRUTH and the guy interviewing him was trying to twists his words around. What he said at the end about listening to the entire MLK Jr. speech.. PRICELESS.. You have to listen to the entire thing and not just take an excerpt and run with it. Now how many times will FOX & the rest of the media going to play this?
Priceless interview the media don’t deal in facts just controversy
I absolutely loved that interview….. Well said and the truth shall set you free.
