I raised an eyebrow, when I heard that ppl were “speaking out” about it on Oprah. Now if it is a sham, Oprah is going to be mad as all get out. This wouldn’t be the first time Oprah has been played.
She even did a show with Mariah a few weeks ago, so I KNOW if she is speaking on the “SHAMmarriage” that it “might” be something.
I personally don’t believe the hype. Mariah is way to full of herself to have a “secret” wedding that isn’t advertised publically.

well Oprah just confirmed that she spoke with Mariah and it is true, and the pics are on the cover of People mag. I don’t know how genuine the relationship is seeing how they only been dating a month or so. Gail King (Oprahs BFF) even mentioned the fact that they have not known each other long enough. The people on Showbiz Tonight are giving their opinions just like all the rest of us. They didn’t give facts proving the marraige was a sham. Furthermore, the sista on the show downplayed Nick’s accomplishments drastically like he was some scrub instead of the youth icon that he has been since he was a tween.
This is not the first impulsive marraige after a whirlwind romance. Faith and Biggie got married after 9 days of knowing each other. Nick is a proven serial monogamist so I could see him falling hard and getting married. The only weird part is that he married a nut case like Mariah which leads me to believe that he may be a nut case himself. In any event, either it will work out or it won’t. I hope they enjoy every moment of what is probably intense new love.

I think it’s fake. If not, he was either cheating on the first girl with her or she’s a rebound. I feel in my heart that both have their reasons for doing this.
