The Obama administration will send out a letter on Friday ordering all U.S. Public schools to allow boys to use girls restrooms and locker rooms.

According to Reuters, the letter, signed by officials from the Education and Justice departments, is not a law, but a demand backed by threats of federal lawsuits and the loss of billions in federal funding.

President Barack Obama plans to use his last remaining executive orders to force states to comply with his LGBT agenda.

“There is no room in our schools for discrimination of any kind, including discrimination against transgender students on the basis of their sex,” said U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch in a statement Thursday.

Recognizing that the Obama administration can’t force local states to comply with Obama’s LGBT agenda, the Obama administration refers to the letter as a transgender “guidance” tool for schools.

“This guidance gives administrators, teachers, and parents the tools they need to protect transgender students from peer harassment and to identify and address unjust school policies,” Lynch said.

“No student should ever have to go through the experience of feeling unwelcome at school or on a college campus,” said Education Secretary John King, Jr.

The Obama administration’s letter says schools should not require transgender students to have a medical diagnosis, undergo any medical treatment, or produce a birth certificate or other document before allowing them access to the girls restrooms or locker rooms.

Additionally, boys are not required to dress as girls to have restroom or locker room access. The only requirement is that they “identify” as girls.

Obama’s latest attempt to overextend his political reach comes as he battles North Carolina in federal court to overturn the state’s HB2 bill, banning men from entering women’s restrooms in public buildings or schools.

Government overreaching such as Obama’s “guidance tool” has led to dozens of federal lawsuits filed against President Obama and his administration by private citizens and groups in recent months.
